They must also have a strong business acumen and experience operating in agile or matrixed organizations, coupled with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
The Vice President of HR Operations will lead core HR operational functions including HR Systems, HR Shared Services, HR Reporting & Analytics, and Payroll, ensuring seamless and scalable operations aligned with enterprise needs. They will partner as a member of the HR Leadership Team to define and execute the HR strategic plan, serve as a key advisor and operational partner to the CHRO, champion continuous innovation and operational excellence, oversee the development of an HR Technology Roadmap, build and scale people analytics capabilities, drive operational process optimization, and ensure effective implementation of HR systems while providing leadership and development to a large team.
