Responsibilities

The Head of People Operations will own end-to-end payroll administration, compensation changes, and record-keeping, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations. Responsibilities include administering and configuring the HRIS/payroll stack, creating scalable onboarding and workflow automations, and maintaining documentation. The role involves partnering with leadership to refine people strategy, performance architecture, and cadence, as well as aligning recruiting efforts with headcount plans and financial targets. Key priorities include improving employee effectiveness, closing compliance gaps, stabilizing HRIS systems, refreshing policies, and designing a performance review process.
