Candidates should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Operations, Finance, Data Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field. A minimum of 8 years of experience in business operations, strategy, or management consulting, with direct experience in operational scaling, is required. Proficiency in Excel for financial and operational modeling, experience working with executive teams, and a strong background in strategic planning, resource allocation, and organizational scaling are essential. Demonstrated ability to manage complex cross-functional projects and excellent communication skills are also necessary. Experience in high-growth, venture-backed technology companies is preferred, and familiarity with robotics, autonomous vehicles, or healthcare technology is a plus.

Responsibilities

The Head of Business Operations will develop, implement, and optimize the company's operational backbone, including designing and leading the management operating system (MOS) to ensure clarity, accountability, and execution velocity. This involves establishing dashboards, OKRs, cadences, and forecasting for visibility and alignment, as well as enabling scaling through lightweight yet durable processes for decision-making, resource allocation, and cross-functional coordination. The role includes driving clarity and accountability by ensuring priorities are understood, tracked, and executed, and acting as a force multiplier for executives by tackling high-priority strategic analyses, special projects, and bottlenecks to unlock growth. The Head of Business Operations will also partner with executives to develop operational and business strategies and model execution plans.
