BlueCat is seeking a Vice President, Professional Services! The Customer Success team is technologically savvy and proactive, dedicated to outstanding customer experiences. They love problem-solving and take pride in being the face of BlueCat for their customers. They thrive on feedback and have the opportunity to voice customer needs to the organization. This role is customer-facing and requires interaction with various stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally, with the goal of overall customer success. This position will report to the Chief Customer Officer and will be responsible for defining and executing the strategy of professional services and will manage a team of dedicated and diverse project and delivery specialists, ensuring the successful delivery of BlueCat products and services to our valued clients. The Vice President, Professional Services should be a highly motivated, strategic thinker who can guide, inspire, and mentor our Professional Services teams. This person is capable of and willing to get deeply involved in day-to-day operational tasks required to build and run a services organization. While focusing on short-term results, such as overcoming project challenges, they will execute a long-term vision and strategy to improve and grow the organization and ensure customer success.
