Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, and have at least 10 years of experience in business systems architecture and transformation, with a strong focus on AI and automation. Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing enterprise-level integrations across diverse systems, including CRM, ERP, and HRIS, is essential. Deep technical leadership capabilities, including hands-on experience with Salesforce, Workday, and ERP systems, are required, along with the ability to write AI-driven prompts. Strong understanding of AI strategy and its application to business processes is also necessary.

Responsibilities

As the VP of Business Systems & AI Transformation, you will be responsible for designing and implementing AI-native business systems to increase productivity and drive efficiency across all departments. This includes architecting a fully integrated, AI-powered business ecosystem, streamlining critical business operations, identifying opportunities for AI-powered transformation, and ensuring Apollo’s systems scale efficiently, remain secure and compliant, and are future-proofed for long-term growth. You will also lead cross-functional alignment, drive consensus among senior leadership, and provide deep technical leadership by diving into system integrations and developing AI-driven prompts.
