A strong background in the technology sector, particularly SaaS and healthcare, is highly valued, along with clear, energizing communication and influencing skills for driving organizational change and business alignment. A data-driven approach to people operations is also required.

Responsibilities

The VP of People will champion the company's people strategy during a significant growth phase, reporting directly to the CEO. Key responsibilities include building and leading high-impact HRBP and recruiting teams, designing and executing scalable talent planning, onboarding, and organizational development strategies. The role involves driving performance management, fostering an inclusive culture, leading remote and distributed workforce best practices, and partnering with the executive team to align people programs with business priorities. Additionally, the VP will enhance people processes using analytics and HR technologies, oversee compensation, succession planning, and employee relations, and champion innovative approaches for engagement, retention, and manager development.
