Requirements

Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in an HR-related field and/or HR certification, with at least 10 years of HR Business Partner experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments, preferably in healthcare or tech. Proven ability to partner within care delivery business models, including variable compensation and employment structures, and experience driving operational metrics in clinics are essential. Deep knowledge of state regulations (e.g., CA, NY) and multi-state compliance requirements, along with demonstrated experience in implementing and managing HR systems, is required. The ideal candidate will have the ability to create and implement impactful people programs and establish trust with leadership at all levels. Willingness to travel to New York and California is also a requirement.

Responsibilities

The People Business Partner Director will serve as a strategic advisor to Care leadership, providing guidance on organizational effectiveness, leadership development, and employee relations. This role involves designing, implementing, and scaling people programs tailored to clinical and member-facing teams, and leading organizational design and change management efforts. Responsibilities also include strengthening culture, driving engagement, and enhancing the employee experience through various initiatives, as well as creating and ensuring compliant, equitable HR policies. The Director will leverage people data to inform workforce planning and proactively address future needs, partnering with operations and finance to connect HR data with clinic-level metrics.
