Experience in the North American Fuel Industry
Retail and wholesale fuel distribution experience
Minimum of 10 years managing a commercial unit with operations and/or P&L responsibility
5 to 7 years in corporate development roles at acquisitive, fast-paced, multi-national, multi-segment companies
Knowledge and experience in the Energy, Transportation, Distribution, and/or Logistics industries

Contribute to the formulation and regular updating of World Kinect strategic plans
Develop an informed viewpoint on industry trends and opportunities through market knowledge and research
Develop and manage relationships with industry and investment communities to source potential acquisition opportunities
Screen and pre-qualify external opportunities based on strategic fit and financial return criteria
Perform valuation analysis and financial modeling
Produce investment recommendation materials for internal and Board review
Coordinate the structuring, negotiation, due diligence, and completion of transactions in partnership with Finance and Legal departments
Develop integration strategies in partnership with functional leaders and participate in early phases of integration activity
Serve as an in-house resource for business units in their organic growth initiatives, providing analytical and research support
Evaluate and present sizeable attractive opportunities that augment core strategies
Coordinate information and activities with the executive leadership team
