  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets within the benefits administration, HR technology, or insurance industries
  • Demonstrated success in channel partner or indirect distribution sales

Responsibilities

  • Represent bswift technology and benefits administration products and services to prospective channel partner distributors
  • Cultivate productive and influential relationships with channel partners, prospects, and consultants/brokers
  • Establish prospect sales strategies and lead RFP responses
  • Lead internal team meeting preparation for external sales efforts and all stages of prospect meetings
  • Develop and execute assigned vertical sales/growth strategy; proactively prospect in assigned area of focus
  • Establish a market presence by participating in select market forums, collaborating with bswift peers, and cultivating market relationships
  • Negotiate initial sales contracts and letters of intent through execution
  • Manage complex negotiations and position products, rate levels, and expanded product portfolios to increase sales and maximize revenue
  • Identify various ways to partner with channel partners by leveraging bswift’s full product and service portfolio
  • Gain a deep understanding of channel partner prospects’ multifaceted needs and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Maintain an active pipeline of channel partner prospects
  • Provide effective presentations to all external and internal constituents
