Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive integration/separation plans, including timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies
  • Coordinate with IT teams to ensure timely and successful execution of integration/separation projects
  • Align IT strategies with business objectives through collaboration with corporate development and IT leadership
  • Develop and manage IT budgets for M&A projects
  • Oversee relationships with external IT vendors and consultants
  • Identify and mitigate IT-related risks, including data security and compliance
  • Ensure transparency and alignment by communicating project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders
  • Support the transition of IT systems and processes post-merger
  • Ensure activities comply with regulations, standards, and company policies
