Responsibilities

  • Lead efforts to assess the target company's IT infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, and operations (DT Due Diligence)
  • Develop comprehensive plans, including timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies (Integration/Separation Planning)
  • Coordinate with IT teams to ensure timely and successful execution of integration/separation projects (Project Management)
  • Align IT strategies with business objectives through collaboration with corporate development and IT leadership (Stakeholder Management)
  • Develop and manage IT budgets for M&A projects (Budget Management)
  • Oversee relationships with external IT vendors and consultants (Vendor Management)
  • Identify and mitigate IT-related risks, including data security and compliance (Risk Management)
  • Ensure transparency and alignment by communicating project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders (Communication)
  • Support the transition of IT systems and processes post-merger (Post-Merger Integration)
