Candidates should possess strong Swedish language skills and a proactive approach to acquiring new business and developing existing customer portfolios. They must be comfortable with direct interaction with end-users and effectively manage client meetings, maintaining accurate customer information in CRM (Salesforce).
The Virtual Account Executive will focus on acquiring new logo business, building a strong sales pipeline, actively seeking out and developing new customers, proactively contacting existing clients for upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and engaging with new leads provided by the Operations Team to maximize MQL conversion. They will also generate new sales leads, provide consistent interaction with existing customers, ensure timely communication of product and service updates, maintain and build account relationships, represent the company at industry trade shows and conferences, manage the sales process from quotation to booking, and serve as an internal liaison with the operations team assisting with quotations and service information. Finally, they will report activities to the country manager.
