The Senior Recruiter requires strong Service Excellence skills throughout the recruitment cycle, acting as a brand ambassador for their client and partnering with hiring managers in a consultative capacity. They are expected to deliver top talent, provide proactive and timely communication, and stay abreast of industry and market trends. Fluency in both Swedish and English is essential, along with the ability to source candidates via resume databases, networking sites, social media, and deep web sourcing techniques. They should also demonstrate innovation and outside-of-the-box thinking with their search techniques and be willing to mentor Recruiters and team members.

Responsibilities

The Senior Recruiter is responsible for completing a detailed job scope conversation with the hiring leader, reviewing applicants via the applicant tracking system, building and deploying recruitment marketing campaigns, sourcing candidates through various channels including referrals and social media, utilizing proprietary software for talent community engagement, providing value propositions to candidates, preparing them for interviews, and ensuring timely updates on their applications. They will also conduct phone interviews, evaluate candidate skills, and consider factors related to fit to team and culture. Additionally, they will navigate difficult conversations and issue skills testing as needed.
