Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 15 years of experience in professional services or enterprise software sales, with at least 10 years managing high-performing sales or professional services teams supporting large, complex enterprise accounts. Strong leadership skills are required, along with a deep understanding of enterprise software implementations and the role of professional services in a SaaS company, and experience selling into Life Sciences, Pharma, and/or Medtech accounts is preferred.

Responsibilities

The Vice President, Services Sales will develop and own the global services sales strategy for enterprise accounts, focusing on Professional Services, Training/Education, Recurring Managed Services, and Advisory Services. This includes developing packaged service offerings, collaborating with executive leadership to align services sales with company goals, driving services bookings through attach on deals, creating service proposals, managing financial forecasting and reporting, establishing KPIs and dashboards, collaborating with delivery teams and product development, and leading and mentoring a high-performing services sales team.
