Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field, and a minimum of ten years of proven experience in building and leading regional enterprise software services teams specifically within the life and laboratory sciences markets across the Americas. Experience with software and services for clinical diagnostics is desirable.

Responsibilities

The Director of Professional Services will serve as a trusted partner and advisor to regional and global sales, marketing, product, and services teams, driving business growth and ensuring customer satisfaction. They will lead the regional, multi-national, and multi-cultural Asia Pacific services team, manage customer relationships, proactively engage with clients, and successfully resolve customer issues. The role involves partnering with sales leadership, developing statements of work, managing customer satisfaction concerns, tracking key performance indicators, contributing to continuous process improvements, facilitating team and customer meetings, and ensuring compliance with quality management systems. Additionally, the Director will build and lead a strong team, drive innovation, and evolve the Global Services organization to enhance customer value and deliver high-quality services.
