A strong understanding of GTM strategy, sales compensation, deal operations, and revenue systems is essential. Experience with Salesforce, CPQ, CLM, and BI tools is required, along with exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and cross-functional influence skills. The ability to build processes and teams from scratch and thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments is crucial.
The VP of Revenue Operations will lead GTM planning, including territory design, ICP segmentation, and account prioritization, while driving cross-functional alignment on GTM initiatives. This role involves owning sales forecasting methodology, facilitating pipeline reviews, and developing playbooks and SLAs across the GTM lifecycle. Responsibilities also include designing and managing compensation plans, operating a centralized deal desk for pricing and discounting, and administering performance analytics systems. Additionally, the VP will lead the optimization of the GTM tech stack, automate quote-to-cash workflows, manage the contract lifecycle, and build unified reporting and dashboards to deliver advanced forecasting and performance insights.
