The Vice President, Managed Business Services will define and lead the strategy for outsourced commercial services, overseeing delivery teams supporting pharmaceutical and biotech manufacturers. Key responsibilities include developing and delivering scalable offerings for contract administration, rebate processing, pricing analytics, government pricing, and Medicaid/Medicare compliance. The role involves establishing high-performing delivery models, ensuring services are delivered on time and in compliance with regulations, serving as an executive sponsor for strategic accounts, supporting sales activities, leading global delivery initiatives, driving operational excellence, and managing P&L responsibility for the portfolio.
