Requirements

Candidates must possess at least 15 years of experience in business transformation, operational strategy, or management consulting, with a minimum of 8 years in senior leadership roles. Strong experience in fintech, financial services, or technology is required, along with a proven track record of leading large-scale transformation initiatives in complex, fast-growing organizations. Expertise in process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile, as well as modern enterprise technologies, is essential. Exceptional strategic thinking, communication, and change leadership skills are necessary, and a Bachelor's degree is required, with an MBA or equivalent graduate degree strongly preferred.

Responsibilities
