Experience in crisis management and serving as an escalation point is also required.
This role involves leading the execution of outbound calling programs, developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve targets, and managing BPO operations for contractual execution and SLA delivery. Responsibilities include cultivating vendor relationships, assessing vendor performance, translating sales strategies into actionable plans, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring the delivery of sales quotas for various programs. The position also entails establishing quality assurance protocols, conducting audits, analyzing data for improvements, providing training to vendor teams, ensuring compliance with regulations, identifying and mitigating risks, and serving as the primary point of contact between internal stakeholders and vendor teams.
