TetraScience is seeking a strategic technical partner to bridge the gap between business objectives and technical execution for their pharmaceutical and biotech customers. This role involves understanding scientist and R&D IT analyst needs, analyzing data environments, and designing/implementing solutions to drive customer success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for strategic accounts.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of customer engagement and adoption.
  • Oversee technical health and risk management.
  • Engage in strategic planning and stakeholder management with sales, product management, and engineering teams.
  • Provide sales enablement and growth support.
  • Build deep and wide technical and science senior relationships.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, aligned with customer outcomes.
  • Drive adoption and success plan execution.
  • Conduct regular technical reviews and identify/recommend optimizations.
  • Lead technical strategy for expansions and support Proofs of Concept (POCs) and co-innovation.
  • Manage the resolution of escalated issues.
  • Showcase tailored demonstrations to prospects.
  • Map business requirements to technical solutions.
  • Determine potential return on investment for proposed solutions.
  • Cultivate relationships with clients, sales teams, and technical teams.
  • Collaborate with science and technology partners (e.g., Databricks, Google).
  • Develop a deep understanding of TetraScience's product offerings.
  • Contribute to proposal writing.
