Requirements

  • 5-7 years of Sales experience (B2B demand generation or growth sales preferred)
  • A record of success at a high-growth company
  • Prior IT Sales background with an understanding of SaaS and licensing (a plus)
  • Strong project management skills and experience leading a team
  • Sound understanding of the sales cycle/Inside Sales model and consultative selling approach
  • Basic understanding of sales techniques like BANT, Sales funnel, and pipeline management
  • An analytical and data-driven mindset with ability to quickly determine/distill intelligence from data
  • Highly motivated (inferred from context)

Responsibilities

  • Own the revenue outcomes for the inbound & outbound sales organization
  • Drive and generate revenue for the business unit through inbound sales inquiries on phone calls or chats and outbound calls
  • Deliver quarterly targets as assigned and achieve growth on critical products like Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Express, and FireFly
  • Generate incremental revenue from existing customers by up-selling additional products and services
  • Generate revenue by reaching out to internally provided leads, identifying needs, and proposing solutions to drive customer success
  • Manage pipeline, work on opportunities/leads in Salesforce, and present weekly reports to leadership
  • Manage vendor performance, establish win-win relationships, and work with internal/external stakeholders to improve sales productivity
  • Maintain exceptional level of service quality through customer experience
  • Find opportunities to collaborate with other teams to increase deal size and set up/attend demos with them
  • Understand market trends, proactively develop strategies to increase revenue, and translate them into concrete daily operations
  • Be knowledgeable about Adobe’s solutions/products to position or sell (Creative Cloud and Document Cloud via multichannel: chats, calls, emails)
