Responsibilities

The Sales Operations Manager will design and launch outbound campaigns using Apollo's tools, implement and test AI features, and maintain campaign documentation, roadmaps, and calendars. They will set goals, drive acceleration, troubleshoot performance issues, and ensure accountability to playbooks and activity adherence, while also managing data accuracy through reviews and audits. This role involves liaising with Sales leaders to build outbound strategies, providing data support for various sales initiatives, and ensuring alignment on execution and account planning workflows. Additionally, the manager will configure new users with appropriate domains, manage requests for large-scale outbound campaigns, and collaborate with engineering, consultants, and marketing to ensure best practices in deliverability and knowledge sharing.
