Required experience includes developing and delivering full-scope training programs, with a preferred Bachelor’s degree, minimum 1 year in manufacturing, strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, Microsoft Office Suite skills, and effective communication across levels. Flexibility for all shifts and ability to work extended periods on the production floor are also needed.

Strong candidates have demonstrated experience in developing and delivering full-scope training programs, manufacturing experience, knowledge of processes and EHS/Quality/TPM/Lean, plus skills in Microsoft Office, communication, and flexibility for shift work.
