Requirements

Candidates must possess an undergraduate degree and a minimum of 10 years of experience in Sales and Business Development, with a strong track record. An extensive network and established senior relationships with large self-insured employers, brokers, and consultants are required, along with a proven history of selling complex health and wellness solutions. Experience with Salesforce.com is necessary, and familiarity with Google suite applications is preferred. Applicants must not require employer-sponsored work authorization.

Responsibilities

The Solutions Sales Specialist RVP will drive revenue and bookings growth by selling virtual cardiometabolic care solutions to medium-to-large, self-insured employer clients. This includes managing the full sales cycle, developing pipelines, engaging brokers, understanding client needs, acting as a consultative partner, negotiating contracts, and collaborating cross-functionally. Responsibilities also include fine-tuning go-to-market strategy, building client relationships, identifying and cultivating internal stakeholder relationships, and communicating market insights to product, marketing, and business development teams. The role requires the ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
