Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field
5+ years of experience in training and development, preferably in a support organization
Proven track record of designing and delivering effective onboarding and compliance programs
Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and authoring tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Experience with adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in the support industry
Strong project management and organizational skills

Responsibilities

Design, deliver, and scale the learning ecosystem for the Customer Support organization
Own onboarding, compliance, and continuous learning programs to reduce time-to-proficiency and elevate quality
Architect a cohesive curriculum for Tier 1-Tier 3 Support roles
Standardize growth and career pathways for Support professionals
Facilitate learning that uplevels the team's capability and enables career growth
Partner with Support Operations, QA, Product, and People teams to ensure Support professionals are enabled to deliver exceptional service
Own the Support compliance training calendar and ensure timely completion and tracking
Launch and scale a continuous learning program to drive sustained performance
Define competency frameworks and role expectations for Support
Create high-quality learning assets and administer the LMS for Support
Establish content governance for accuracy, freshness, and accessibility
Define and report KPIs to measure the effectiveness of training programs
Run A/B tests and ROI analyses to prioritize high-impact training investments
Build feedback loops with Support teams to continuously improve training programs
