Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience and have 5-8 years of successful sales experience within the medical device industry. A strong understanding of Neuromodulation product lines and the business, financials, products/services, market, and customer needs is required. The ideal candidate will be well-organized and accustomed to managing a territory independently.

Responsibilities

The Territory Manager will be responsible for managing their assigned territory in all aspects, including leveraging the Neuromodulation product portfolio to maximize revenue and market share growth, and managing Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs). They will provide technical support for Neuromodulation procedures, programming, and patient follow-ups, and achieve sales quotas by servicing existing customers, increasing sales volume, and establishing new accounts. Responsibilities also include implementing comprehensive sales plans, developing a thorough understanding of therapies and products, preparing reports, performing administrative duties, maintaining business operations in accordance with corporate policies, following best practices, developing knowledge of competitor products, acting as a company ambassador, proactively planning travel, and applying the company's Account Profiling system.
