As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be a key representative of Baxter, leveraging your deep understanding of our product portfolio and its value to patients. You will build trust with customers, including doctors and nurses, by providing knowledgeable solutions to meet their needs. You will be the face and voice of Baxter's solutions, fostering strong relationships internally and externally. Responsibilities

  • Recruit, hire, develop, and performance manage top talent to build a successful Regional Team.
  • Collaborate with the Vice President of Sales to develop commercial team objectives, growth initiatives, and a strategic plan to drive CAM Patch adoption.
  • Implement a regional business plan and sales strategy to guide your team to success.
  • Empower your team by fostering a culture of teamwork, planning, and execution to exceed corporate and commercial team goals.
  • Understand the business at the regional level and provide quarterly sales operating reviews to sales leadership.
  • Develop relationships with Electrophysiologists, Cardiologists, Internal Medicine, Family Practice, Neurologists, and Emergency Medicine Physicians to drive increased adoption of products and services.
  • Train staff, physicians, and administration on the proper usage and billing codes for our products and services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 5+ years of sales management experience within the medical device/hospital space.
  • Cardiology, Electrophysiology, or Cardiac Monitoring sales experience highly preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Strong business acumen, including knowledge of sales processes and market dynamics.
  • Ability to leverage strong leadership to make business and forecast decisions.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data for effective sales strategies.
