Advanced experience in leading special projects and generating reports, plus 10+ years of progressive experience in leading continuous improvement efforts and implementing process improvements, is also required.

Responsibilities

The Technology Leadership Manager will devise effective strategies for executing and delivering IT business initiatives, focusing on supporting the CRM Service platform. This involves collaborating with design, engineering, and testing teams to drive products from design completion to volume production release. Responsibilities include validating product designs with development and architecture teams, facilitating product evaluation and qualification for new technology components, and being responsible for all aspects of software, cloud, or hardware product delivery and performance. The manager will work within specific guidelines, apply advanced technical knowledge to solve complex problems, and ensure adherence to production schedules and quality requirements. They will also collaborate with Site Reliability Engineering, product engineering, quality assurance, and business teams to provide technical support for customer product-related issues and make strategic decisions regarding resource allocation, project approaches, and departmental operations, fostering cross-departmental collaboration.
