Responsibilities

  • Achieve division-wise primary targets and ensure they are equal to or greater than secondary targets
  • Generate maximum prescriptions and increase market share
  • Ensure zero cases of product expiry on stockist shelves through timely liquidation of stocks based on prescription generation
  • Timely share competitor and market information with the ABM (Area Business Manager) and Division
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stockists
  • Conduct timely stockist visits according to the defined frequency without deviation
  • Ensure doctors are appropriately prioritized and met with the right frequency
  • Leverage managerial and marketing/support functions to effectively engage with key customers and strengthen relationships
  • Plan and monitor new product introductions, stocking according to plan, and sales progress. Provide timely information about new products to stockists
  • Report field work daily in the assigned online system
  • Organize camps (CME - Continuing Medical Education) as per the division strategy and customer needs
  • Generate POBs (Promotional Order Bills) for Abbott brands as per the business plan
