The role involves refining the digital offering, analysing market trends, supporting operational improvements, and collaborating with product and tech teams.

Requirements

  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in business development, strategy, operations, or a similar role.
  • Industry Preference: Experience in health-tech, pharma, or e-commerce is highly preferred.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
  • Skills: Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Mindset: Proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving; a hands-on, start-up mentality.
  • Bonus: Interest or experience in pharmaceutical wholesale or medical cannabis.

Responsibilities

  • Market & Business Growth: Support the development of Montu’s online business strategy in the German medical cannabis market, identifying opportunities to expand reach and improve product offerings.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with business, operations, and tech teams to align the digital experience with customer needs and market demand.
  • Product & Customer Insights: Analyse customer behaviour, product performance, and competitor activity to inform business decisions and improve service delivery.
  • Project & Process Support: Assist in coordinating new initiatives and improvements across the platform, pharmacy partners, and internal tools.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Support initiatives aimed at strengthening B2B and B2C offerings, collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Execution & Ownership: Take ownership of day-to-day tasks and deliverables, bringing structure and focus to the high-growth environment.
