Requirements

Candidates should have at least 2 years of software support experience, preferably in a startup environment. Essential skills include outstanding customer service, strong written and internal communication, positive positioning, and conflict resolution. Familiarity with internet technologies like APIs, HTTP, and REST, as well as experience with ticketing systems such as Zendesk or Jira, is required. Experience querying SQL databases and a passion for documentation are also necessary qualifications.

Responsibilities

The Technical Support Specialist will assist customers and their partners in using PartnerStack to grow their business by troubleshooting technical issues and providing timely resolutions. Responsibilities include interacting with customers via email, investigating and escalating bugs to the T2 technical team, and meeting service level agreements for response and resolution times. The role also involves maintaining help center and internal knowledge bases, communicating technical information clearly, and advocating for customer needs with internal stakeholders.
