Requirements

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required, with a preference for Healthcare Revenue Cycle Experience. Proficiency in OneNote, Excel, and Teams, along with Salesforce experience, is necessary. Basic knowledge of project management methodology, computer systems, business unit products, and relevant legislation is also needed. Limited travel is required, and the role operates on a Central Time Zone schedule, allowing for remote work anywhere in the US.

Responsibilities

The Client Onboarding Consultant will execute and manage client, user, product, and payer setups based on contracts and statements of work. This includes collecting required documentation, maintaining clear process status documentation, and meeting timelines to ensure successful client implementation and ongoing success. Responsibilities also involve conducting onboarding client meetings, preparing agendas and minutes, collecting client information for account setup, and participating in internal and external meetings. The consultant will maintain and share task statuses, document and track changes affecting onboarding, and communicate these changes to relevant parties. Additionally, they will promote issues and concerns to leadership, develop strong client and team relationships, and perform other assigned responsibilities.
