The Technical Support Engineer will serve as a key technical resource and advocate for customers, tackling complex technical challenges and driving customer satisfaction by providing exceptional technical support, collaborating with L1 support and R&D teams to resolve customer issues, and ensuring smooth deployment, troubleshooting, and optimization of customer solutions. They will also contribute to enhancing every user’s experience through consistent delivery of prompt and knowledgeable responses.
