Requirements

Responsibilities

The Support Engineer-Level 2 will analyze and evaluate requirements, proposing high-level design and technical solutions to issues arising from internal and external customer concerns. They will analyze solutions to ensure interoperability, performance, and maintainability, working closely with Tier 1 support and core development teams. This role involves collaborating with business areas to gather requirements and design, implement, and test system components, participating in major incident response teams, and maintaining relevant documentation. Furthermore, the position requires mentoring Tier 1 Service Desk staff and junior developers, researching new technologies, and adhering to privacy, security, and confidentiality policies while providing technical guidance and ensuring coding standards are met.
