Responsibilities

The Technical Engagement Manager is responsible for the end-to-end management of the software resolution implementation process and key deliverables for clients. This includes working with clients to customize and install software systems, understanding their business needs, translating them into requirements, demonstrating software functionality, and answering implementation-related questions. The role involves project management, training, troubleshooting, and ongoing support to ensure software solutions meet client needs and comply with regulations. Responsibilities also include leading business-requirements sessions, guiding clients to optimal solutions, configuring systems using a Train the Trainer approach, documenting requirements, planning and controlling multiple project initiatives, tracking project status and time, recording customer communication, coordinating client enhancements with internal teams, establishing ETAs for development projects, ensuring user stories are reflected in technical designs, leading project planning sessions, customizing software systems, serving as a Subject Matter Expert, and leading detailed system and business process analysis.
