Responsibilities

Project manage tasks and deliverables for complex takeovers
Communicate all aspects of the implementation process to interested parties
Liaison between client, external parties, and internal departments
Demonstrate technical knowledge of multiple products and services
Gather all policy provision requirements from customers
Provide alternative solutions and considerations
Utilize internal databases and systems to manage and complete work tasks
Demonstrate understanding of dependencies, impact, and implications
Address customer needs and deliverables independently in a timely manner
Recommend process improvements and manage initiatives related to areas of expertise
Provide support to new initiatives and products
Manage multiple projects ranging up to 12 months
Multitask competing priorities in a fast-paced results-based environment
Maintain oversight for critical project management functions
