Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for large utility clients in California
- Develop and review project proposals, timelines, budgets, and staffing requirements
- Coordinate with senior leadership to establish work programs and ensure adequate resourcing
- Develop and track program budgets and metrics
- Forecast spending and revenues for assigned programs and portfolios
- Monitor and forecast profitability of projects and programs
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure programs stay on schedule and meet targeted outcomes
- Prepare timely and accurate project reports
- Lead program implementation strategies to achieve project goals
- Work with clients on contractual requirements and program integration
- Oversee and participate in program implementation, including report and deliverable development
- Track program information, including participation, contact information, project status, energy savings, goals, and budget expenditures
- Perform program-level quality assurance
