Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, and have hands-on experience with either logic design, design verification, or physical design. Expertise with schedule tools like MS Project or Smartsheet is required, along with prior experience in a chief-of-staff role and a demonstrated ability to create, maintain, and manage complex programs involving multiple technical teams using both ASIC and COT silicon development paradigms. Experience working with external vendors (foundries, IP, etc.) and negotiating deadlines is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Technical Program Manager will assume ownership of silicon schedules for LD, DV, PD, packaging, and foundry, forming a pillar of the core team triad for the Polaris (and follow-on) programs, and collaborating with engineers and engineering managers to ensure on-time execution of silicon deliverables with quality. They will also work with product, systems, and software teams to deliver a product, not just a chip, and support the Head of Silicon on routine administration, including preparing presentations and following up on actions. Furthermore, they will contribute to cross-functional planning and execution efforts and communicate complex concepts clearly and concisely to various stakeholders.
