Requirements

The ideal candidate should be a self-motivated integration engineer with a desire to sell innovative technology and contribute to crime reduction. Experience with various integrations, including IP cameras, VMS systems, CAD systems, AVL systems, SSO providers, and custom integrations, is required. The role requires a proactive approach to establishing and growing a software integrations team, as well as the ability to articulate the value of Flock’s solutions to leadership.

Responsibilities

As an Integrations Manager, you will play a key role in establishing software integrations to customers' existing products, specifically targeting Law Enforcement agencies. You will be responsible for building and growing the software integrations team, maintaining relationships with integration specialists, and owning the integration and support of third-party systems into the FlockOS platform. This includes deep knowledge of Flock’s products, articulating business value to command-level staff, and staying proficient with evolving solutions and competitive offerings. The position involves up to 50% travel, primarily focused on the West and central coast, and requires establishing the software integrations practice within a rapidly growing sales environment.
