Requirements

Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience in solutions engineering, implementation, consulting, or forward-deployed roles, preferably within SaaS or startup environments. Responsibilities

The AI Deployment Manager will lead AI Employee deployments from kickoff to scale, ensuring customers achieve measurable business impact. This includes mapping customer workflows, identifying automation opportunities, designing deployment plans, and configuring AI Employees with prompts, workflows, and API connections. The role involves partnering with engineering and product teams to address field-discovered gaps, acting as a technical guide for customers, building repeatable deployment playbooks, and owning adoption metrics such as usage, coverage, and value delivered.
