Requirements

Candidates should possess at least 2 years of experience in healthcare consulting, finance, tech, partnerships, or sales, demonstrating a deep interest and understanding of the American healthcare ecosystem, including relationships and incentives between providers, payers, and patients. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with a desire to manage customer relationships and an adaptable, consultative approach to feedback. High levels of organization and attention to detail are required, as is a willingness to tackle complex and ambiguous challenges with a proactive and can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

The Strategy & Operations Associate will execute and scale business development and account management functions within Verse Medical, prospecting and selling the company’s offerings to partners such as payors, health systems, and risk-bearing entities. They will own customer/partner relationships, coordinating with internal teams including operations, product, and billing to meet customer needs, and proactively monitor and interpret changes in employment legislation across North America. This role may occasionally require extended working hours to meet deadlines and achieve business-critical objectives, while also contributing to the company’s ambitious expansion plans and fostering a positive interview experience for all candidates.
