As a Business Operations Associate at AtoB, you will be responsible for determining vertical-specific KPIs, optimizing the company's growth funnel, building process playbooks for sales, underwriting, or support teams, running experiments to increase growth or revenue, analyzing purchase or payments data to inform business decisions, and conducting customer interviews to inform product decisions, collaborating closely with Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams to support the company's mission of modernizing payments for the trucking and logistics industry.
