Requirements

Candidates must be permanent residents in AZ, FL, GA, NE, NC, PA, TN, or TX. A minimum of 1.5 to 3 years of full-cycle sales experience is required, along with proven outbound cold-calling experience. Strong consultative selling and closing skills are essential, as is a proactive approach to learning and skill development. Experience selling software is preferred, and ideally, candidates will have direct industry experience in home remodeling/design/renovation, along with experience working with territory and targeted accounts, and self-sourced, outbound leads.

Responsibilities

Strategic Sales Representatives will partner with home remodel industry professionals to grow their businesses using Houzz.com software solutions. Responsibilities include managing the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualifying to closing deals, educating customers on software benefits, and proactively generating outbound leads. Representatives will apply consultative selling techniques, meet sales targets, conduct market research, and maintain a book of business. They will also work with Marketing and Product teams to execute sales strategies, provide feedback on sales tools and processes, and mentor other sales reps. Local market expertise will be utilized through participation in trade shows and networking events, and support of marketing campaigns.
