Requirements

Candidates must have a minimum of 18 years of experience in program management, with a strong focus on enterprise partnerships and training initiatives. A 15-year full-time education is required. Proven experience in partnership development, ideally with SAP partnership management, and a background in managing large-scale learning and upskilling businesses are essential. Strong stakeholder management skills across internal, client, and partner ecosystems, along with direct client-facing experience, are necessary. Experience in setting up operations for structured learning programs and a readiness to own SAP partnership and program governance are also required.

Responsibilities

The Strategic Program Lead will identify strategic focus areas, develop plans for strategic projects and programs, and drive business outcomes. This role involves managing the SAP Authorized Education Partner (AEP) relationship, ensuring compliance with AEP requirements, and aligning with SAP program goals. Responsibilities include designing, packaging, and overseeing the rollout of SAP Instructor-Led Training programs across various segments, establishing and streamlining operations for scheduling, instructor enablement, learner experience, and program governance. The lead will develop learning programs at scale to support enterprise upskilling and workforce readiness, collaborate with SAP, internal stakeholders, and clients on co-developed initiatives, and integrate training into transformation journeys. They will also act as the key point of contact for program performance, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
