Requirements

The role involves navigating client organizations to build relationships, clear blockers, and expand impact, as well as growing accounts by identifying opportunities and positioning AE Studio as a long-term partner. The Program Director is responsible for balancing delivery, client satisfaction, and profitability, managing financial conversations effectively to maintain trust and ensure overall relationship success, including timely renewals, expansions, and current invoices.
