Responsibilities

Define and execute a compelling short- and long-term strategy for the Clinical and Technical Solutions teams across Acute & Payer and Senior Care markets
Serve as the strategic face of the organization to the market, shaping external engagement strategies which include conferences, product planning, and customer roadmaps
Act as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, translating customer needs into actionable solution design strategies
Collaborate with Sales, Product, State Directors, Professional Services, Customer Success, and other key stakeholders
Oversee a team of highly skilled clinical and technical professionals, guiding them in designing and delivering solutions
Drive adoption across Government, Health Systems, ACOs, Health Plans, and Senior Care providers
Support PointClickCare’s continued growth and leadership in the healthcare technology space
