Responsibilities

  • Build and grow Omnidian’s long-term technical vision, aligned to business goals and market opportunities (40%)
  • Evolve and transform software capabilities and development processes to drive a technology-first approach while remaining nimble to market needs
  • Leverage client and performance data to improve client experience with key insights and position Omnidian as market leader in performance management and assurance
  • Own the technology AI and ML strategy and guide integration of automation, data, and AI/ML into products and operations
  • Lead enterprise and data architecture decisions to support scalability, security, and speed
  • Stay at the forefront of emerging technologies in general and within the industry, assessing their impact and application
  • Champion modern Agile methodologies for rapid iteration and learning
  • Build, mentor, and scale high-performing engineering and data teams to world-class standards in client experience, operational efficiency, and data science (35%)
  • Model progressive, Agile leadership balancing autonomy with alignment, focusing on execution, milestone attainment, and results measurement
  • Report to President and CEO; serve as member of Senior Executive Leadership Team
