Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and have 7-10 years of sales and/or account management experience. The role requires experience selling to senior-level executives, the ability to negotiate large, complex contracts, and a proven track record of success in managing large clients. Proficiency in MS Office and Salesforce is necessary, along with a willingness to travel over 50% including overnight stays. Experience in Toxicology/Occupational Health, Diagnostics, or a related field, and a solution sales approach are preferred qualifications.

Responsibilities

The Strategic Account Manager will manage existing Clinic Channel partners to drive key strategic initiatives and new incremental growth, meeting or exceeding annual financial plans for top-line and margin growth. Responsibilities include maximizing the value of Workplace Solutions products and services through a consultative selling approach, driving strategic initiatives for assigned accounts, and collaborating with a matrixed account team. The role involves developing senior executive relationships, leading customer business reviews, and shaping agendas to achieve business and customer goals. Additionally, the manager will lead account renewals, manage requests for proposals and value-based pricing, and utilize Salesforce.com and PowerBI for sales funnel management and opportunity development.
