Responsibilities

The Senior Product Specialist will be responsible for selling diagnostic capital equipment and consumables to healthcare partners, driving revenue growth within a defined territory for the Specialty Diagnostics portfolio. This includes prospecting for new business and expanding existing customer testing needs. Key duties involve delivering an outstanding customer experience, supporting sales representatives with technical information and product recommendations, executing the sales cycle to drive results, and developing/implementing sales strategies using CRM tools. The role also requires continuous learning about the clinical chemistry, immunoassay, and microbiology markets, making independent decisions to meet customer needs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The specialist will positively represent Thermo Fisher Scientific at all times.
