Requirements

The Strategic Clinical Advisor requires an active Independent license such as LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, LCPC, and possesses over five years of experience in health plan, benefits consulting, or account management, along with subject matter expertise in Mental Health and EAP programs, MHPAEA, ERISA, and other relevant healthcare regulations.

Responsibilities

As a Strategic Clinical Advisor, the candidate will maintain a book of business of 10-12 customers generating up to $70M in revenue, collaborate with Customer Success teams to find solutions and ensure customer satisfaction, represent Spring Health in customer meetings providing clinical updates and strategy, achieve renewal targets, secure upsell revenue, maintain proactive client interactions, and enhance personal expertise while contributing to the organization’s knowledge base.
