The Senior Relationship Manager will maintain and expand business relationships, identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities, and drive revenue growth with assigned clients using Experian's data, analytics, and solutions. This role involves building strategic partnerships, understanding client KPIs and business challenges, supporting sales presentations, and managing existing business agreements. Responsibilities also include identifying and implementing improvements for Experian solutions, conducting product trainings, contributing to territory strategy, managing revenue forecasting, and providing client insights to internal teams to enhance product development and sales efforts.
